Everything after setup happens in your portal at slcompare.com/portal. Sign in with the email you registered with; we send a code, so there's no password.

Your wallet

Plans and advertising are paid from a wallet you top up in-world at an SLC ATM. Top up once and everything draws from the same balance.

Renewals are automatic. We email you before anything is taken — five and three days ahead for monthly plans, and further ahead for annual ones. If your balance is short when a plan falls due, it lapses rather than part-charging.

Top-ups are non-refundable. L$ in your wallet can't be withdrawn.

Analytics

On Premium and above, the Analytics tab shows how your listings are doing: impressions, clicks through to Second Life, comparison appearances, which of your listings draw best, and search trends by zone.

Your figures are yours. No other business can see them.

Managers

Add up to two people to help run your portal. They sign in with their own email and can only do what you allow.

To add one: Portal → Managers, enter their email and SL username (firstname.lastname, not a display name), tick the permissions, then Add.

Permissions you can grant:

Managers can never delete the business, and can't top up the wallet or see its transaction history. A manager given wallet access sees the balance so they know where things stand — nothing more. Only the owner moves money.

Need more than two? Ask us.

Pausing

Taking a break? Portal → Pause. Your listings come off the browse pages, your bridge goes quiet, your page is hidden. Nothing is deleted. Unpause and the bridge reconnects on its own.

Useful when: doing maintenance, renaming units, moving sims, or rebuilding.

Removing all listings

Portal → Remove all listings clears your parcels or stalls without deleting the business. Your bridge stays connected. Reload by touching each available unit (States → Save Available).

Useful when: moving sims, major price changes, or clearing stale data.

Deleting your business

Touch the bridge → Delete listing → confirm. That removes your listings, your page and your bridge registration, and can't be undone.

If your estate was also listed by our scraper, tell us so we can remove that too.

Sim traffic — markets only

Stall listings show a 7-day traffic chart, so renters can compare how busy markets are.

Traffic is Linden Lab's own measure in avatar-minutes: every minute counts, but only for visitors who stay at least five. Drop-ins and bots don't count. It resets at midnight SLT, and your bridge reads the final figure just before then.

To stop sharing it: touch the bridge → Traffic: OFF.

If we contact you

We may pause or suspend a bridge if there's a problem with a listing.

We'll always work with you to sort it out.

Also worth knowing

Breedable markets can add the auction schedule — your auction times on one public page, with a link of your own for patrons. Auction plans are separate from the tiers above, with their own Basic and Premium, paid from the same wallet.
